Who we are
Nori Systems was founded by Yan Niznik — a Principal Engineer and two-time founder based in Zurich.
By day, Yan leads Applied AI strategy at On (30M monthly visitors, 60+ markets) — shipping AI agents to production, driving a 26% developer productivity improvement, and partnering with Google Cloud on Vertex AI integration. Before that, he scaled Labster's frontend engineering from early-stage to 2M+ users, worked as a deployed Solutions Engineer at a major Swiss financial institution integrating Palantir Foundry, and ran a client-facing technical agency across EMEA.
